Anonymous asked: Regarding your Grill'd post, I'm a manager and the traineeship is given to the employees for free, yes it is mandatory, and at the end of it they receive a Cert 3 in retail. They do not get paid less while on it. In fact, they get a pay rise at the completion of the traineeship. Just thought you should know!
